Brief info

Carole’s journey with MMARS began in 2006 as a case manager for the home and community based wavier programs. During her time with MMARS, she has been involved with many areas of clinical and administrative case management and has managed several different corporate and community-based programs. With over 35 years’ experience in critical care, community health and healthcare administration, Carole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with Emphasis on Health Care Administration. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing as a member of the Omicron Delta Chapter. Carole has been Certified Case Manager since 2009 and has been active with the Case Management Society of America. Carole also works on leadership groups in her local community. Prior to her work with MMARS, she served over 10 years as Executive Director for a home care agency with 10 branch offices across Middle Tennessee. She is dedicated member and supporter of the MMARS team, and is committed to the services, care and well-being of the people she serves and utilizes this commitment as a basis of her work goals.

Carole enjoys spending time with family, traveling and the leisure art of heritage preservation through photos and scrapbooks as she continues self-development and personal growth through her work at MMARS.
